Agent workflow

Proposed agent integration and a workflow usable today with the app CLI.

The app already provides session files, a viewer, validation, and exports. The /diagram-gen core skill and /my-diagram-gen personal wrapper below are proposed interfaces, not installed commands. Any agent can follow the generation and refinement workflow manually with the current app.
